Check in time is 3:00 pm, and check out time is 12 noon. The hotel will make every effort to personalise our guests' stays if provided ETA information at time of reservation. Late checkout requests may be made through the front desk only, and are subject to determination based on hotel occupancy. Additional charges may apply.

Free Cancellation when the request is made by 3 PM one day prior to check in date. Cancellations must be made before 3 p.m, 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night’s room.

Wakaw Lodge always loves it when you bring your whole family with you on your trip. When booking your room please tell us the age of your children when booking as we try and provide a special gift for them. Children 12 and under are free if using existing bedding. Rollaway fee applies if required (note: queen queen rooms do not accommodate a rollaway). We currently invite all pets to visit also, we may have an additional charge based on what kind of pet it is! Please ask booking when you book your room! We also try and provide a little treat for your fur babies also! Our Pet Fee is $10+tax

All guests must be 18 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodations at the Wakaw Lodge. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification. Accommodations with access to mini bar alcohol will only be granted to those guests with a valid ID confirming 19 years of age or older. Any guest who does not meet the minimum legal drinking age of 19 will be denied any room service that includes alcohol.

In order for guest accommodations to be confirmed, at the time of check in sufficient credit credentials for payment of accommodations must be provided through the authorisation of a debit or credit card. When a debit or credit card is presented for authorisation, please be advised that a credit hold in the amount of guest room charges, applicable taxes and a provision for incidental charges will be placed on the banking account.
